Masterplan

For two years, we have been talking with and listening to the community to create a proposed masterplan for the regeneration of Druids Heath. One that meets the needs of the people who live and work there.

The plans aim to make Druids Heath a more sustainable and greener place to live in the long term. There will be new high-quality, energy-efficient homes built alongside excellent green spaces. The commercial and community spaces in Druids Heath will also be revitalised.

The community of Druids Heath saw the proposed plans in May 2024 at a series of events. Those who attend the events have the opportunity to give feedback and to ask questions.

An extensive consultation on the plans will begin in Summer 2024. This will give the community the chance to share there views on the proposed plans. Approval for the plans will be sought in 2025.
